Si le lien pour télécharger les billets ne fonctionne pas, attendez 30 minutes et réessayez de les télécharger à nouveau.

Parfois, en raison de la surcharge des commandes, il se produit un léger retard dans la génération des tickets. 

Si après 30 minutes vous n'avez pas pu télécharger les billets, contactez-nous et nous vous les enverrons. S'il vous plaît, ne faites pas un achat à nouveau.

Si no funciona el enlace de descarga de los billetes, por favor, espere 30 minutos y vuelva intentar descargarlos nuevamente. 

En ocasiones, por sobrecarga de pedidos, se produce un ligero retraso en la generación de los billetes.

 Si pasados 30 minutos no ha podido descargar los billetes, por favor, contacte con nosotros y le enviaremos los billetes. Por favor, No vuelva a realizar una compra.

Please, before making a new purchase contact our Support Center. 

Also check the bank account associated with the credit card used to make the payment and check if you have the charge for the purchase.


  • If you have the charge but you have not received the tickets by email: first check your SPAM Folder, contact our Support Center (please indicate the reservation number (it appears in the purchase detail and starts with BPB or 001BPB), the number of purchased tickets (adults / children, single or round trip, with cruise ...) and the last 4 digits of your credit card to locate the purchase. We will send you the tickets again to your email as soon as possible.


  • If you do not have any charge in your bank account, before making a second purchase, please check with our Support Center that the purchase has not been made correctly.

Ticket´s generated can not be canceled.
